Juice for Digestion

INGREDIENTS

  1. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  2. Honey - 1 tbsp
  3. Lemon - Half slice

DIRECTIONS TO USE

  1. Grind ginger and squeeze its juice.
  2. Add ginger juice,lemon and honey to the warm water and then drink.

WHEN TO USE

  1. Drink this daily in the early morning.
