INGREDIENTS

  1. Banana - 1 piece
  2. Almond - 2 to 3
  3. Milk - 1 cup

DIRECTIONS TO USE

  1. Blend banana,almonds and milk in the blender.
  2. Add sugar and extra nuts if you want.
  3. Pour that smoothie in a glass and drink it.

WHEN TO USE

  1. Drink this smoothie before going to sleep.
