Broken Packs and no response when reached out

Couple of honey packs came broken and no response when reached out. I ordered a pack of honey and ginger honey. They sent the same honey packs for both and I was supposed to receive 30 each, instead received 56

full 30 shot is leaking i complained and there is no response

Packaging was very poor. Few honey packets was leaking and the full packet was too sticky.
