Hip Pain ease it with curd

INGREDIENTS

  1. Curd - 1 cup
  2. Turmeric - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS TO USE

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric in a curd and make it like a paste.
  2. Apply this in face and leave it for 20 minutes.
  3. Then wash your face with fresh water.

WHEN TO USE

  1. Do this daily to get relief from hip pain
