Very Bad experience

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I faced with one of your products. I recently purchased two packets of 250 gm Raja Rice. While the first packet was of excellent quality and taste, I was shocked to find insects inside the second packet upon opening it.

This experience was deeply concerning, especially because I purchased this product for my mother, who is recovering from surgery and requires high-quality, nutritious food. Thankfully, we consumed the first packet without any issues, but the discovery in the second packet has left me questioning the overall quality control of your products.

As a loyal customer, I strongly urge your company to address this issue seriously. This is not just about the financial cost of the product but about the health and trust of your customers. Please ensure stricter quality checks to prevent such occurrences in the future.

It can be like ulundhu kanji with jaggery ! Raw smell is coming which is good for health but eventhough you can introduce sweet kanji too
