Ingredients

2 tbsp gulkand or candied rose petals

1 tbsp warm milk

2 pinch saffron

2-3 green cardamom pods, only seeds and powdered

1/2 cup icing or powdered sugar

Chopped cashews and pistachios, for garnishing
Directions
Add all the ingredients and blend
